Dr Una graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1995. She went on to train as a GP in Edinburgh before returning to work in Dublin. In 2004 she gained MSc in Womens Health from Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland and Diploma in Quality & Leadership in Health care in 2020. She is GP Advisor to the National Cancer Control Programme and is a member of the Board of Beaumont Hospital.
Dr Desmond MB BCh (NUI) MICGP graduated from UCD in 2007. He completed his GP training in the Western GP scheme in 2013. As well as being a full time GP, Des is a GP Trainer with eh North East GP Training Scheme and is a Medical Assessor with the Medical Council of Ireland.
Dr Aodhbha MB BCh BAO MICGP graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2015. She completed her GP training in Waterford in 2020. She joined the practice in 2021 and says she loves working here.
Denise joined the practice in 2011. She is highly experienced and capable in all areas of practice management and will be happy to assist with any queries.
We are delighted to welcome Siobhan to the practice in December 2020. Siobhan has extensive experience in running busy settings and will be happy to help you with your queries.
Prospect Medical Centre is a GP Training Practice of the Irish College of General Practitioners. This means that every year, we will have a GP Trainee working at the practice. The GP Trainee is a fully qualified doctor who is continuing his/her post-graduate training to qualify as a GP.
